Delete your Malsara account
Last updated 3 November 2026
In the app (fastest): open Me → ⚙️ Settings → Close my account, and confirm. Your profile is hidden straight away and your account is deleted after 30 days. Changed your mind? Sign in again within those 30 days to undo it.
By email: if you can't sign in, email hello@malsara.online from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Malsara account”. We'll confirm within 7 days.
What gets deleted
Your sign-in, profile and photos, your Garden posts and the reactions and replies on them, your Whispers chats, matches and messages, your events and ads, linked apps, settings and contact codes. This happens within 30 days.
ID photos, selfies and change-request documents are already deleted as soon as they have been checked.
What we may keep
Records we must keep by law, and details of reports about safety, for up to 12 months. Payment records are kept by PayHere and Google Play as required by tax law.
